Site - home assessment

We make an appointment and visit your accommodation depending on the area and the period of operation but also we discuss your own criteria to create and suggest also your property price list.

Photography

We photograph your home indoor and outdoor, the decoration, all your devices, equipment, and location. The material is delivered to the owner and can be used to create or improve the presentation of the accommodation on the platforms, booking engines or website. A drone is also available for aerial photography where required.

Simply Check In - Check Out

In case you need for individual or special occasions only the check-in and check-out for the guests of your home, choose this service. Our employee will contact your guests about the time and hour they wish to enter the property or room and he will check the space as well as keys delivery upon departure.

Simply Transfer (Taxi or VIP van)

Together with our professional partners, we will ensure for your guests a safe transfer to your accommodation during the high demand period of summer. Once we receive the arrival details of your customers we will contact them and arrange their transfer from the airport or port to the accommodation. We will also ensure any transfer and especially upon departure.

We create from the beginning or redesign the site for your accommodation after consultation and guidance with our professional partners.
